Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your online purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase by following the guidelines below:
mfl420 shall allow returns of all unused and unopened items as long as it is still within fifteen (30) days after the date of receiving your order. Qualified return orders will be refunded but will have the amount of $6.00 deducted from the refund amount. The aforementioned deductions are to be used to cover original shipping costs.
Returning Your Product
Please send an email to -insert support email address- in order to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization number. The order number must be clearly displayed on the inside of the box upon returning your product. Please include a copy of your original Sales Receipt /Invoice or a sheet of paper with your Name, Address, Phone Number, Order Number and the Reason for Returning the product clearly typed out for our Returns Department to review.
Missing or Broken Product
Please send an email with pictures to -insert support email address- upon 72 hours of receiving your order. Our trained support personnel will be there to assist you with your concerns and will also help you in sending a replacement should the product be deemed eligible for a replacement (defective).
Note: ALL product components including other parts and accessories must be returned back to using the Return number provided to you. Any incomplete returns or those that do not meet and pass the conditions stated herein will not be processed.
